Our crowd favourite! Juicy red berry fruits. Complex flavours of black cherry, forest floor and hints of earth, plus vanilla and baking spice because it’s aged in some damn fine French oak.

Pair with: duck, mushrooms and pan-seared tuna.

Origin: the cold climate Tumbarumba wine region on the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains, NSW’s pinot capital.
