Mouth watering with citrus, sweet white nectarine and apple notes. Punchy but not overwhelming, our Pinot G-G has floral aromas of honeysuckle and a saline-like minerality.

Pair with:  Fish and shellfish are classic matches, as well as semi-soft and firm cheeses like gruyere and Grana Padano. Feeling like Italian? Light pasta sauces or risotto based on seafood, cream or fresh tomato are always a good match.
