Chardonnay is the world's most popular wine, and ours doesn't stay behind! Notes of white flowers, hints of grapefruit, closing with zesty citrus acidity, it’s damn refreshing.

Drink: When you want a white wine you can drink on its own, or pair with food.

Pair with: The ultimate food matches are roast chook, pork belly with crackling, salads with creamy dressings, and buttery and cheesy risottos.

Origin: the cold climate Tumbarumba wine region on the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains, making some cracking chardonnays.

"Excellent/Bargain White. Faint aromatics of stone fruits, melon and lathed wood. There is a toasty, mellow sweetness breezing through the aromatics, and the same is found in the palate again. Feels very clean, slippery with glossy but integrated oak, soft almost creamy too, then yields to acidity in the lithe, fresh finish. Full of fruit vitality. Bucks the trend for the price to deliver linearity and a little finesse. 92 points. "Mike Bennie, Winefront August 2011

"Highly Recommended. The creaminess and drinkability of this Canberra District chardonnay are its strong points.  Add to that fresh citrus/white peach aromas and flavours and it's difficult to stop at one glass."  Winewise, Vol. 27 No. 3 August 2011
